Ball Pro - The Swiss Ball Pro is one of the best all-purpose
fitness balls on the market today. These pro balls
have a Non-slip surface, are latex-free and burst-proof
for your safety. They can be used for aerobics,
cardio workout, relaxation exercises, stretching,
yoga and pilates. Widely used by fitness trainers
and athletes, the Sissel Swiss Ball Pro is designed
especially for use with added resistance like dumbbells.
One of our favorite uses for the ball is using
it has a healthy replacement for the average office
chair. Highly recommended by my personal chiropractor.
We have also found that babies love to be bounced
to sleep on the balls!
